Great comparison! I have the gear for a 4-mic setup, just missing an interface, though... but actually never used the stuff for actual recordings. I got the Rode NT5 Stereo Pair for overheads, AKG D112 for kick and SM 57 for snare (pretty standard I guess). The weak Tom Sound is kind of a disadvantage though... maybe there's a way to point the overheads differently?... Some guys mentioned the Glyn Johns setup here... I think I'll look into that. Other than that, Tom Mics seem to make a big difference. Not sure, if I need dedicated HiHat and Snare Bottom Mics. Keep up the good work! 🤘

THe Ludwig was most pronounced follwed by the Brass ,, The rest sounded too much in the same tone Zone ...There was more fizz and distiction in the Ludwig and the Brass ,....If the goal is low n Deep , they all work fine ..cheers ,,

That snare drum is not right. Has a sharp sound to it. I would suggest trying others. I think it would make a world of difference.
